Die Sonne ist ein sehr großer Gasball, hauptsächlich bestehend aus Wasserstoff und Helium. Im Innersten befindet sich der Sonnenkern, der ca. 2% des Volumens der Sonne einnimmt, allerdings rund 50% der gesamten Sonnenmasse beinhaltet. Innerhalb dieses Kerns finden fast 100% der Kernfusionen statt, die eine gewaltige Energie freisetzen.
Die Strahlungszone schließt sich an den Kern an, gefolgt von der Konvektionszone mit gewaltigen Konvektionsströmen.
Außen befindet sich die Sonnenoberfläche, die unterteilt wird in Photosphäre, Chromosphäre, Übergangsregion, Korona und Heliosphäre.

The sun’s composition

The sun is a very big gas ball. Primarily it considers of hydrogen and helium. In the marrow there is the solar core which takes approx. 2% of the sun’s volume. About 50% of the whole solar mass contains in the core. Within this core nearly 100% of the nuclear coalescences take place which release an immense energy.
The radiation zone joins the core, followed by the convection zone with immense convection streams.
Outside there is the solar surface which is divided into photo sphere, Chromosphere, transitional region, Korona and Heliosphere.
